Who are the meals for?
Our range includes meals for adult cats and kittens, with special formulations for kittens under six months and pregnant or nursing cats. Confirm the right formulation before ordering.
How much should I serve?
Follow the confirmed serving guidance for your cat and product. A plan’s 3 or 5 meals a day is a household purchase amount, not a feeding prescription for one cat.
How do I store the food?
Storage life is 15 days when kept frozen. Once thawed, store in the refrigerator and use within four hours after thawing. Follow the instructions supplied with your order.
My cat has specific dietary needs. What should I do?
If your cat has allergies, a prescribed diet or specific feeding needs, confirm suitability before buying. Your saved age and weight help our team understand who the order is for; the website does not prescribe a ration.
