Choosing your food
Is PETRIFLEX a complete meal?
PETRIFLEX offers complete frozen meals for adult cats and kittens, with special formulations for kittens under six months and pregnant or nursing cats. Confirm the right formulation and follow the serving guidance supplied with your order.
Which flavours can I choose?
Chicken Mania, Beef Madness and Fish Blast. Try any one flavour at ₨ 310 per tub, or mix your recipes in a Starter Pack of 3 tubs, Regular Pack of 6 tubs or Value Pack of 9 tubs.
What does human-grade ingredients mean here?
We use the term for ingredients sourced and handled to human-food standards. It describes the ingredients used in our cat food.
My cat has allergies or a prescribed diet. Can I order?
Read the ingredient details and confirm suitability before purchasing. Share relevant feeding notes with our team and follow the advice of the professional managing your cat’s diet.
Your monthly routine
What does 3 or 5 meals a day mean?
It is the daily purchase allocation for your household over 30 days. Daily Care includes 90 tubs and Daily Care Plus includes 150 tubs. It is not a feeding prescription for one cat.
Can I choose different flavours?
Yes. Your daily recipe quantities must total 3 or 5, depending on the plan. That mix repeats across 30 days. The tubs shown on the plan illustrate the daily mix, not the full monthly supply.
Will my plan renew automatically?
No. Plans are prepaid for 30 days and renewed manually. There is no automatic charge.
Can I change an active plan?
Send a request through your account or contact our team. Changes to recipe mix, delivery addresses or dates take effect after our team confirms them.
Delivery and payments
Where can I receive an order?
We currently serve Islamabad and Rawalpindi. A complete address, nearby landmark and reachable phone number help us confirm coverage and delivery.
Can I book an exact time?
You can request a preferred first date. Our team confirms availability. Deliveries take place during the day and your rider contacts you before arrival. Fixed hourly slots are not offered.
How do I pay?
Regular meal packs can use the methods enabled at checkout, including cash on delivery. Monthly plans require full advance payment. Bank and wallet transfers are confirmed after receipt is verified.
What if I need to pause or report a problem?
Contact us 24 to 48 hours before delivery to request a pause of up to 15 days. Report damaged, spoiled or incorrect items within two hours of delivery with your order number. Read the delivery and plan terms for cancellation details.
Storage and serving
How long can I store the food?
Storage life is 15 days when kept frozen. Store refrigerated after thawing and use within four hours after thawing. Follow the instructions supplied with your order.
How much should I feed my cat?
Use the confirmed serving instructions for your cat and product. Age, weight, life stage and individual needs matter. The website does not calculate or prescribe a ration from a pet profile.
