A profile that makes repeat orders simpler
Your pet profile gives the PETRIFLEX team a consistent reference when helping with an order. Instead of sending the same details in a new message each time, you can keep them together in your account. Keep a separate profile for each cat so their details are easy to find.
Name, species and breed
Start with your cat’s name and select Cat. Breed is optional. Names are useful when there is more than one cat at home, especially if their preferences differ. Each profile should describe one pet, so you can update their details independently.
Age and current weight
Enter age in months or years and weight in kilograms. Use a current measurement rather than a guess where possible. These details help the team understand who an order is for. The website does not calculate or prescribe a feeding amount from those two fields.
Useful notes, in your own words
You can record recipe preferences and relevant feeding notes. Keep the information clear and specific. If your cat has an allergy, a prescribed diet or a health concern, discuss suitability with the appropriate professional and confirm the recipe information before ordering. A profile note is not a substitute for that conversation.
Keep the record current
You can edit or remove saved profiles from My pets. Changes affect the details available for future orders; they do not automatically rewrite an active plan. If an update matters for the next delivery, message our team and ask them to confirm the change.
