A little preparation makes the first order easier
If you are ordering PETRIFLEX in Islamabad for the first time, start with the practical details: who the food is for, which recipe you want and where the order should arrive. Our frozen range includes meals for adult cats and kittens, with special formulations for kittens under six months and pregnant or nursing cats. Contact us to choose the right formulation.
Choose the recipe and tub count
Chicken Mania, Fish Blast and Beef Madness are the current recipes. Each tub is 100 ml. Start with a mixed bundle of 3, 6 or 9 tubs. Bundle quantities describe how much you are buying, not a recommended daily feeding amount. For ingredient or serving questions, ask our team for the confirmed product guidance.
Give the rider a useful address
Include your house or apartment number, street, sector, nearby landmark and a reachable phone number. A complete address helps our team confirm coverage and arrange the delivery. PETRIFLEX currently serves Islamabad and Rawalpindi; checkout shows the applicable delivery charge.
Plan for arrival
Delivery takes place during the day. Your rider contacts you before arrival, and a requested date still needs team confirmation. Make sure someone can receive the order. Ask for the confirmed storage and handling instructions before delivery and follow the instructions supplied with your food.
Keep your order details handy
Your account keeps your order history in one place. If anything arrives damaged, spoiled or incorrect, report it within two hours with your order number. Ready to explore the range? Visit our shop or contact PETRIFLEX if you need help choosing a purchase size.
