Your first date is a request, subject to confirmation. Deliveries take place during the day and your rider contacts you before arrival. Fixed hourly slots are not offered.
You may request a pause of up to 15 days with 24 to 48 hours’ notice. Cancellation refunds depend on the delivery stage.
