Understand the delivery window
PETRIFLEX delivers during the day and the rider contacts you before arrival. There are no fixed hourly slots. We operate four delivery days each week according to demand, so ask the team to confirm the available date rather than assuming a particular weekday.
Know which delivery charge applies
Regular orders and prepaid meal plans follow different delivery arrangements. The checkout displays your regular-order delivery cost. Deliveries within a meal plan are included in that plan. If you need a regular purchase alongside a plan, place separate orders so each arrangement is clear.
Make changes before dispatch
Updating an address in your saved profiles does not move an order that has already been placed. If you need a different delivery address for an active plan, send a request from your account and wait for confirmation. This gives our team time to check the route and contact details.
Have someone ready to receive it
Frozen food needs an organised handover. Follow the confirmed product handling instructions and arrange for someone to receive your order. If you miss the delivery, contact us to arrange the next step; a redelivery charge applies. You can find the current details on our delivery and returns page.
